ScriptSwitch celebrated the achievement of a Queens Award for Enterprise: Innovation 2009 today when Martin Dunne, HM Lord-Lieutenant of Warwickshire formally presented them with their award.
In celebration of this fantastic achievement, ScriptSwitch invited staff, partners, suppliers and customers to join them at their Head Office. There was also attendance from a number of local dignitaries, including the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Coventry, the High Sheriff of Warwickshire, the Chairman of Warwickshire County Council and the Chairman of Warwick District Council.
Mike Washburn, Managing Director of ScriptSwitch said “What an honour it is to have been selected to receive such an award. This achievement is testament to the hard work of our team here at ScriptSwitch, their dedication and commitment in getting the company to where it is today.”

Guests enjoyed welcome drinks and canapés before the official presentation ceremony, this then followed into a performance from Coventry’s very own dance act ‘Kombat Breakers’, finalists of last year’s Britain’s Got Talent competition. Guest were then free to enjoy lunch and take part in the ‘Hook a duck’ fundraising activity in aid of ScriptSwitch’s Charity of the Year, The Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance.
