ScriptSwitch Customer Experience Survey results

In order to constantly improve the levels of service and quality ScriptSwitch provides to its customers, we recently asked all of our Primary Care Trust and Local Health Board customers to rate their experience as a ScriptSwitch customer.

We received an excellent response rate and I would like to thank all who took the time to complete the survey. The feedback provided has given us a valuable insight into what our customers really think and will enable us to build this into our future business plans.

Survey Results

The survey asked questions about key areas of our business that you may come into contact with, these included Sales, Customer Services, Medicines Management and your views overall of our performance.

Below you will find a brief overview of the results from the survey.

Our plan already includes conducting an annual survey to ensure that we continue to canvas your feedback and understand your expectations from our business.
