Head of Customer Services

Verena joined ScriptSwitch in 2008 and has day to day responsibility for the Customer Services team who carry out the installations and on-going support and maintenance for our customers.

Prior to joining ScriptSwitch Verena gained over 20 years experience in software installation and training within the IT industry, holding management positions in Customer Services and Training divisions for a number of large, national organisations.

Supporting the needs of external and internal customers, Verena oversees the key performance indicators crucial to the day to day running of ScriptSwitch services.
